Psychologist

Hello, I'm Arancha! I am a Health Psychologist specialized in change processes, trauma, and grief.

I hold a degree in Psychology from the Distance University of Madrid (UDIMA) and a Master's degree in General Health Psychology (UDIMA). I also have a Master's degree in Child, Youth, and Family Psychology from CLEA University. I am certified as an Expert in Third-Generation Therapies (UDIMA), an Expert in Psychogeriatrics (Isabel I University), and an Expert in Psycho-oncology (Isabel I University). Additionally, I have completed specialized courses in art therapy, suicide, grief (including perinatal), trauma, bullying, adolescence, elderly care, and emergency intervention. 

He llevado a cabo intervenciones de terapia individual en NB Psicología, donde también he dirigido terapias grupales para pacientes con trastorno de estrés postraumático. También he formado parte del equipo de El Enebral, realizando evaluaciones psicológicas y neuropsicológicas así como tratamientos de estimulación cognitiva para adultos mayores.

Additionally, I have collaborated with the Niño Jesús Hospital in Madrid (providing care to oncology patients), the San José Special Education School (working with minors with functional diversity), the Emailakat Foundation, and Grandes Amigos (an organization focused on combating loneliness among the elderly).
