Es decir, disminuye la capacidad para regular y dirigir nuestros pensamientos, emociones y comportamientos, superando impulsos autom\u00e1ticos y distracciones. La parte m\u00e1s primitiva del cerebro toma el control.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El primer paso para recuperar la estabilidad es identificar lo que sentimos. La ansiedad no solo se manifiesta en forma de pensamientos negativos y preocupaci\u00f3n excesiva y constante. Tambi\u00e9n son indicadores de ansiedad la fatiga, la dificultad para concentrarnos, la irritabilidad, la tensi\u00f3n muscular, problemas para dormir, la sensaci\u00f3n de estar \u00abal l\u00edmite\u00bb, palpitaciones, la sensaci\u00f3n de falta de aire o dificultad para respirar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una vez que identificamos lo que sentimos pasamos a buscar soluciones concretas. La serie Inteligencia Emocional del Harvard Business Review proporciona varias herramientas \u00fatiles:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Adoptar una postura diferente como la de un amigo amable, comprensivo y sabio.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Buscar pruebas s\u00f3lidas y objetivas contra tu preocupaci\u00f3n. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Diferenciar tu zona de control de la zona que no controlas. Saber que est\u00e1s haciendo todo lo posible y soltando lo que no depende de t\u00ed te tranquilizar\u00e1.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Las rutinas ayudan a reducir la sensaci\u00f3n de ansiedad. Hacer una misma cosa en intervalos regulares manda una se\u00f1al a nuestro cerebro de que estamos a salvo. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En lugar de obsesionarnos con lo peor preg\u00fantate: \u00bfqu\u00e9 es lo mejor que podr\u00eda pasar?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Estas son s\u00f3lo algunas de las m\u00faltiples t\u00e9cnicas que tenemos a disposici\u00f3n. Por \u00faltimo, recuerda que preocuparnos no nos acerca a la soluci\u00f3n. A menudo, proporciona la sensaci\u00f3n de estar \u201chaciendo algo\u201d, de que no estamos pasivos ante el aparente desastre. Esto es una sensaci\u00f3n de falsa protecci\u00f3n. Cuando nos preocupamos disminuye nuestra capacidad de pensar de forma creativa y resolver problemas.
